Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved the pool and the cozy ambiance of the hotel, especially the warm cookies at check-in. We spent a day at the Balloon Fiesta and even went skiing nearby! The breakfast was good, and everything was super clean. I highly recommend it for a fun get-together.

The only downside was the breakfast staff. they seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly when we asked about more food options. It was a bit disappointing, but we made the best of it.

This place suits me perfectly! With free parking, a 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool, it offers everything I need. On my first stay, the staff helped me with great town info. Highly recommend!

I truly loved how easy it was to explore nearby North Domingo Baca Park, just about 2 km away, and the Anderson-Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, which was only a short walk of almost 3 km. both places offered great views and were perfect for leisurely strolls after a long day.

The King Room was super comfy, like really cozy! The bed and pillows were amazing, I slept like a baby. The room was clean and smelled nice. I loved the big window view—I even saw hot air balloons floating by in the morning! The only downside was I missed breakfast because I didn’t know it ended at 9am. But overall, I felt right at home in my room.

The location was perfect, close to balloon fiesta park. I loved seeing the balloons from the parking lot and room. Daily hot breakfast was a highlight, served extra early which helped us fuel up before heading out. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. However, the laundry facilities weren’t ready yet, which was disappointing. Also, the room had a lingering odor that wasn’t fresh. We missed breakfast one morning since it closed earlier than expected. A few minor improvements could bring this place up a notch, especially with the laundry and some room smells. But overall, I enjoyed the stay primarily due to the location and great service.

Request a room on the second floor for more quiet and secure access, as the first floor can be noisy and feels less private.

So, we stayed for 2 nights and had a good time! Location was perfect for the Balloon Fiesta, just a short walk. The breakfast was super nice with a bunch of options like eggs and waffles. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. Just wish the staff was a bit friendlier, but overall it was a solid stay!
